Our Approach

PIP Review
We meet with our client to listen for priorities, identify concerns and establish a partnership. Then, we assess PIP relative to comparable, successful projects we have completed in the past with the same brand and offer suggestions.

Design & Documentation
Informed by our market knowledge, we create a concept design solution. We conduct a collaborative workshop to review the concept with our client and receive feedback. Afterwards, we create clear, detailed construction documents for the client to send out for bid.

Design Review
We prepare a design package for approval, including a design book, an FF&E specification manual and design drawings in strict adherence to the brand’s submission standards. Throughout the review and approval process, we maintain close communication with our client.

Implementation
During this phase, we review and supervise construction submittals and RFIs, samples and cuttings. We participate in weekly status calls and conduct a site visit. Throughout construction, we effectively manage the project using sophisticated PM software—keeping things moving to the right places, and the right people.
